Our services include:
The 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre: Our specialised operators are ready to respond to every event.
Police notifications: In the event of a verified burglary alarm (via sound and images), we notify the police within an average of 29 seconds.
Security guards: In the event of an alarm, we send a security guard to the location to verify the situation. This is an additional security measure alongside the technical resources available to our Alarm Receiving Centre.
Verisure guarantee and maintenance: All maintenance of the alarm system is included in the monthly fee and forms part of our Verisure guarantee.

What sets Verisure Netherlands apart?
Verisure Netherlands' alarm system stands out by connecting advanced security products to an Alarm Receiving Centre. The Alarm Receiving Centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and responds to an alarm notification within an average of 29 seconds. Our specialised operators then activate the appropriate protocol, such as notifying the emergency services. In addition, the alarm system is personalised based on your wishes and specific situation.
What makes the Verisure alarm system different from other products?
Verisure's advanced security system goes beyond simply detecting unusual activity and sounding a siren, as a local alarm does. Our system is connected to an Operations Centre. In the event of an alarm, a professional verifies what is happening using images and video from the cameras. Is there a burglary or fire? The police are then notified within an average of 29 seconds, and security guards or emergency services are dispatched if necessary.
What do Verisure's alarm services include?
Verisure's alarm services consist of professionally monitored security through our own Alarm Receiving Centre. When an alarm notification is received, for example in the event of an attempted burglary, fire or emergency, we ensure rapid follow-up. If necessary, we notify the emergency services and/or activate the ZeroVision smoke barrier. The Verisure alarm system is provided on loan. Remote maintenance, repairs or replacement of defective components, and software updates are included. You pay a monthly fee for this complete service.
