To ensure the quality of our alarm services, we fully manage our value chain — from the design and development of each component to alarm monitoring, customer service and system maintenance. We rely on a professional team of more than 30,000 employees worldwide.

Interventions in the event of a confirmed burglary or emergency are carried out by security services such as Securitas. We work closely with them to ensure maximum protection for our customers.

The Securitas Direct Verisure Group has more than 35 years of experience and originated in Sweden, where the company was founded in 1988 as part of the Securitas Group. Ten years later, Securitas Direct — the alarm services business — continued as an independent company.

Verisure Securitas Direct has continued to grow and expand across Europe. Today, we operate in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, France, Germany, Ireland, Argentina and the United Kingdom. In recent years, the Group has also accelerated its growth in South America, with offices in Chile, Brazil, Peru and Argentina.
