Verisure
Verisure’s alarm services consist of professionally monitored security provided through our own Monitoring Center. When an alarm signal is received — for example, during a break-in attempt, fire, or emergency — we ensure immediate action is taken. If necessary, we notify emergency services and/or activate the ZeroVision smoke curtain. The Verisure alarm system is provided on a rental basis. Remote maintenance, repairs or replacement of defective components, and software updates are all included. You pay a monthly fee for this complete service package.

Police notifications:
When a break-in is verified through sound or video, we alert the police within an average of 29 seconds.
Security guards:
In the event of an alarm, we dispatch a security guard to the location to verify the situation. This is an additional safety measure on top of the technical tools available to our Monitoring Center.
Verisure guarantee and maintenance:
All maintenance of the alarm system is included in the monthly fee as part of the Verisure guarantee.
Functies
The My Verisure app allows customers to remotely control their home or business alarm system. Thanks to the latest version of My Verisure — with new features and a more comfortable and intuitive interface — you can activate and deactivate the alarm, see and hear what is happening, and monitor who enters or leaves, along with many other functions.
When the alarm is triggered, a notification is sent to our 24/7 Monitoring Center. Several situations may occur, so our team of experts will review the images received from the cameras to see what is happening in your home or business. They immediately verify whether it is a real break-in or a false alarm, and decide on the appropriate action based on the situation. In the event of an emergency, the necessary emergency services are alerted right away.
Once your Verisure alarm system detects a break-in or attempted break-in, the siren is activated and a warning signal is automatically sent to our remote Monitoring Center. As soon as the signal is received, our operators will try to contact you by phone or leave a voicemail if you cannot be reached. If you do not respond, our operators will then attempt to contact the local emergency contacts you have listed as people to be informed.
All our devices comply with privacy regulations. Security cameras and silent audio recording are only activated in the event of a verified alarm. Customer privacy is protected, as photo and video recordings are accessible only to the customer through secure login with a user code and password via their smartphone, tablet, or PC.
The Verisure Monitoring Center can only view what is happening inside the customer’s home in the event of an alarm notification, and only through image verification. This is always done in full compliance with privacy regulations.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after signing it. The contract has a duration of one year. After the first year, you may cancel at any time on a monthly basis, with a notice period of one month. You can withdraw or cancel the contract by writing to us, emailing [email protected], or calling our customer service team at 088 088 8999. We will contact you as soon as possible to process your withdrawal or cancellation.
Due to the nature of our Alarm Services and the importance of ensuring a secure termination process, we will verify during this call that the cancellation request was indeed submitted by you as the Customer. We will also discuss the final steps regarding the termination of the Alarm Services and the disconnection of the Verisure alarm system.

Together, we identify the best solution to protect your property with our alarm services, calculate the associated costs, and explain everything to you on the spot.

The components of the alarm system cannot be purchased individually. At Verisure, we only offer our alarm systems in combination with our alarm service. Verisure operates through a Monitoring Center so we can take immediate action and alert the police whenever necessary. We do everything we can to ensure your safety.
