Talk & Listen
When the alarm is triggered because one of the components detects motion or smoke, live footage from the image detectors or video detectors is available to the Monitoring Center, enabling our operators to respond quickly and accurately.
Image verification
Our Monitoring Center is notified immediately, and our trained operators review the footage to verify whether it is an emergency. Thanks to the voice box, the alarm operator can communicate directly with people on site and take immediate action.

Police Live View
In the event of a verified burglary, fire or medical emergency, the alarm operator alerts the emergency services. When the police are notified, footage can be shared via Police Live View, allowing officers to view the situation during the burglary. Verisure can also dispatch a security guard to the location to carry out an inspection and observe the situation for the owner, helping to ensure a rapid and effective alarm response.

By sharing these images with the police Monitoring Center, they can better assess the situation and act faster, smarter and more safely. For example, it makes a significant difference whether intruders are still on the premises. Police Live View helps strengthen the police’s ability to respond in the act, and can also support more effective action by other emergency services.
Real-time security guard response
In addition to notifying the police, the Verisure Monitoring Center can dispatch a security guard to your home or business to check for damage and support the police during the search. Assessing potential damage, keeping you informed at every stage and helping ensure security is restored are key objectives of the security guard. They support the police throughout the full process.
The security guard is responsible for reporting any damage, sending a detailed incident report and helping restore security before leaving.
