Can I withdraw or cancel my contract, and how?

Yes, you can. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after concluding it. You have entered into the contract for a period of 1 year. After one year, you may cancel at any time on a monthly basis, with a notice period of 1 month.

You can withdraw or cancel your contract by writing to us, by emailing [email protected], or by calling our customer service team at 088 088 8999. We will contact you as soon as possible to process your withdrawal or cancellation.

Handling of complaints about the conduct of the Verisure alarm receiving center and its employees

At Verisure, we believe it is important that complaints are handled carefully, objectively, and promptly. If you have a complaint, you can submit it by email, post, or telephone.

To help us handle your report as effectively as possible, we kindly ask you to provide the following information where possible: 

  • • Your name and address 
  • • The date of the incident or when the complaint arose 
  • • A description of the subject of the complaint 
  • • A description of your complaint 

If your report relates to the conduct of the alarm receiving center, it must be submitted within six weeks of the conduct in question. 

After receiving your complaint, we will send you a written confirmation. In this confirmation, we will inform you of the expected handling period. 

Your complaint will be carefully investigated and, if necessary, we may request additional information from you. 

We aim to provide a reasoned written response within ten working days of receiving your complaint. If more time is needed for the investigation, we will inform you in good time of the reason for the delay and the expected new handling period.
