Can I withdraw or cancel my contract, and how?

Yes, you can. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after concluding it. You have entered into the contract for a period of 1 year. After one year, you may cancel at any time on a monthly basis, with a notice period of 1 month.

You can withdraw or cancel your contract by writing to us, by emailing [email protected], or by calling our customer service team at 088 088 8999. We will contact you as soon as possible to process your withdrawal or cancellation.
 

Handling of complaints regarding actions of the Verisure Alarm Monitoring Center and its employees

If you, as an interested party, are directly affected by an action or omission of the Verisure Monitoring Center—hereinafter referred to as a “conduct”—you may file a complaint with us via

Your complaint must include:

  • - Your name and address
  • - The date
  • - A description of the conduct your complaint relates to
  • - Your reasons for the complaint
  •  

If the complaint does not meet these requirements, you will be notified and asked to provide the missing information. If you do not provide this, the complaint will not be processed.

Once we receive a complete complaint, we will investigate it. As part of this process, we may invite you to provide further clarification. We may also gather information from third parties. If you do not wish to be heard, the complaint will be handled in writing.

The period for submitting a complaint is six weeks, starting from the date on which the conduct occurred.

After receiving your complaint, we will contact you as soon as possible. We aim to resolve your complaint within 10 working days, and in any case, will provide a written decision on the complaint within six weeks of receiving it. If a longer processing period is necessary—due to further investigation, for example—we will inform you accordingly.
